Terms & Conditions

I reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of theses terms by updates and/or changes to my website. It is your sole responsibility to read these Terms and Conditions before commencing, your continued use of this website following any updates constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you have an impairment, difficulty reading, or any disability that affects your judgement or understanding then please ask for help from a friend or contact me for help. I understand that this journey isn’t easy for everyone, and that’s why I offer a Breast Milk and/or Replica Milk option. If you do not understand and fully accept these T’s and C’s then it is not the right time to order.

• A non refundable security order fee (either agreed cost for each individual order/or at least £50) will have to be paid to secure the order; no initial payment-no jewellery.

• By paying this fee you are trusting myself with the milk, they are safely secured in my locked studio, but agree that they are not my full responsibility. Any (if) milk left over after this process will be destroyed. The Milk will always be kept in the container I received them in. They are marked clearly with the order details and customer’s name.

• By paying this order fee you understand and accept the 4 week time frame of this making process. If you require your item sooner this will need to be negotiated before placing the order and specifically mentioned prior/during paying the order fee, and an arranged Express fee can be paid to speed this process up.

• Due to the nature of this product I cannot give refunds/exchanges on custom pieces containing Breast Milk, a refund will only be given in the unlikely event of not being able to create your order for you or if an order is cancelled prior to any work being undertaken.

• By paying an order fee you are signing an agreement to follow through with the order/if any changes/cancelling the order you must pay to cover the materials/time/resin, and will not be refunded your deposit.

• Each piece is individually made per order. The resin may discolour over time due to the nature of the material, this all depends on how you look after your jewellery too. You will have 14 days to contact me if you notice any flaws, in this unlikely event a repair or a replacement will be arranged at no extra charge. Contact after 14 days will not be subject to replacement at no cost, an arranged fee depending on the request will be made, by paying a deposit you are agreeing to this. As previously mentioned discolouration of your gem is not subject to replacement at no cost, if you decide to replace your gem due to it’s colour, returning your jewellery to me to replace the gem, and then a fee will be arranged and agreed.

• If you drop and crack or expose the milk gem to extreme hot or cold temperature changes it could get damaged and this would not be refunded or replaced for free, by paying this order fee -you are agreeing with this statement.

• Different monitors/screens and devices may display these images differently, please allow for subtle differences from the item shown in images.

Posting

• If you need me to post your jewellery to you, an agreed fee will need to be covered by yourself, the postal service will be appropriately insured and a tracked service.

• If you are posting your breast milk to me (recommend avoiding this), please securely package the milk pouch to me-this is your responsibility- and it is advised you use Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed or at the very least 1st Class Recorded. The fee and sending of Milk to me will be the customer's responsibility.
