Refund policy

+Scary stuff, hopefully this will never be the case, but if there is a problem with your jewellery for any reason, (eg damage in post etc) please email hannahmeganjewellery@hotmail.com with your name, order details and jewellery problem, and / will reply and deal with it as soon as possible!
Refunds will only be made if the piece of jewellery is incorrect due to my behalf, and no fault of your own. Refunds will not be made due to things like incorrect sizing, change of my mind on colour/design, lost in transit/missed delivery date due to Royal Mail delays, etc.
If your piece of jewellery will be making it's way back to me, please insert a note, with your full name, address, order number and just a note with what's happening with your jewellery. 

+Returns of any memorial jewellery is not accepted due to the nature of the service. Whilst there are human remains included, it cannot be recycled/resold and cannot be returned. 

+Exchanges can be made within 14 days of purchase. Not on earrings.
