Ashes Jewellery

I am absolutely honoured to be chosen to create memorial jewellery for you to keep your loved ones close. The ashes are fused in between two pieces of glass in a colour chosen by yourselves, to create the gem, while silver homes are created in various designs for the gems to sit in your desired jewellery design.

When ordering please include all details including gem colour, jewellery design and sizes, the more information included from the beginning, the easier and quicker the process can be. A non refundable security fee (agreed for each individual order) will be taken to secure the order, which will be deducted from the final total, you will be asked to give your express agreement and understanding to these terms and conditions listed below before you place an order/when paying this fee. You will need to decant the remains ( roughly 1 tablespoon) into a secure box prior to delivering it.

All Ashes-Glass jewellery will have at least an 8 week turn around to cover both artists’ making time, please allow more time in some circumstances. I pride myself on taking care and responsibility for each individual order to ensure each piece is absolutely perfect.

Ashes will need to be collected from myself 5 weeks after the order fee is made. After this time the responsibility of the remains are no longer ours.

Please email or message myself on Facebook or Instagram, to discuss design ideas.

Jewellery starts from £80-90, but please arrange to meet with myself to get more info on prices/designs/sizes, etc. Payment instalments can be arranged-please don’t hesitate to mention this when ordering. Please now read the Terms & Conditions below…

Terms & Conditions

I reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of theses terms by updates and/or changes to my website. It is your sole responsibility to read these Terms and Conditions before commencing, your continued use of this website following any updates constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you have an impairment, difficulty reading, or any disability that affects your judgement or understanding then please ask for help from a friend or contact us for help. I understand that grief can be a confusing time but please understand that most of our clients are grieving. If you are grieving so much that you are unable to read these, then we respectfully ask you call us/order at a later date. If you do not understand and fully accept these T’s and C’s then it is not the right time to order.

  • A security order fee (agreed cost for each individual order) will have to be paid to secure the order; no initial payment-no jewellery.

  • By paying this fee you are trusting myself with the ashes, they are safely secured in my locked studio, but agree that they are not our full responsibility if the ashes have not been collected in the 5 week time frame.

  • By paying this order fee you understand and accept the 8 week time frame of this making process. If you require your item sooner this will need to be negotiated before placing the order and specifically mentioned prior/during paying this fee.

  • Due to the nature of our products we cannot give refunds on custom pieces containing ashes, a refund will only be given in the unlikely event of not being able to create your order for you or if an order is cancelled prior to any work being undertaken.

  • By paying this fee you are signing an agreement to follow through with the order/if any changes/cancelling the order you must pay to cover the materials/time/fusing glass, and will not be refunded this order fee.

  • The ashes will always be kept in the container we received them in. They are marked clearly with the order details, customer’s name, and name of deceased, but please collect within 5 weeks of paying the deposit.

  • Each piece is individually made each time. The glass gems are guaranteed not to break, crack or chip upon delivery/collection. You will have 14 days to contact us if you notice any such flaws, in this unlikely event a repair or a replacement will be arranged at no extra charge.
If you drop, smash or expose the glass to extreme hot or cold temperature changes it could get damaged and this would not be refunded or replaced for free, by paying a deposit-you are agreeing with this statement.

  • Under most normal circumstances your glass will last a lifetime with normal wear.
As mentioned, each gem is completely unique as they are hand made with your loved ones ashes, different monitors/screens and devices may display differently, please allow for subtle differences from the item shown in images.
